Blue Horseshoe Network, Inc. was founded by Jim Clark, who has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare IT services through both consulting and staffing organizations, including Ernst & Young, First Consulting Group (now CSC) and Superior Consultant Company (now Conduent). Over the course of his career Mr. Clark has formed and managed numerous national-level healthcare IT specialty consulting practices.

Shelley Musleh serves as Blue Horseshoe's Office Manager, and has full responsibility for all administrative operations, including consultant time and expense reporting, client invoicing, accounting, insurance and other administrative matters.
